In a free CASHFiNDER analysis, we examine your company and search in record time significant optimization potential
in a overall analysis. With our more than 400 mathematical algorithms, we generate around 60 - 95 reports that provide information about the savings potential.
Benefit measurable.
Qualitative verification (= plausibility check/validation of the reports with 4-5 interviews of 45 minutes each and random samples on site over 1-2 days. Adaptation of the final presentation of results. All potentials are presented in thousands of EUR pa including the probability of implementation.
Rapid breakeven.
We participate in the savings potential. Your breakeven in CASHFiNDER projects is never more than 1 year.
Detailed analysis & implementation.
After your GO/NOGO decision in phase 2, promising measures will be implemented with you or by us (managed servicesor Consulting as a service). If you decide to implement the potential yourself, choose the product: DIY. As soon as we start implementation, all quantity/volume details and dependencies are recorded in the detailed analyses. After that, all options including a detailed project schedule (who/what/when) are worked out and presented.

After signing the working agreement including non-disclosure, you provide us with data material. Compiling the data material takes about 1 day for you.
We also evaluate your subject area on the basis of the submitted documents.
All findings are verified and tested through qualitative interviews. Mathematical outliers are analyzed and critically questioned.
All prices are compared with (inter)national market, benchmark and CASHFiNDER indicators and immediately show your company's savings potential.
After the presentation of the results, you decide on the further procedure and variant of the implementation.
